Mr. Dan Alessi, 4th Dan Black Belt (Instructor) In conjuction with the Palmyra-Macedon Recreation Department, the Rochester Taekwondo Club will be sponsoring a beginner Taekwondo Class at the Palmyra-Macedon Recreation Center.  This martial arts program is being taught by Mr. Dan Alessi.  Mr. Alessi is a 4th Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and is certified as an Instructor.  He has practiced Taekwondo for twenty years and has taught for the past 12 years.  This class is held on Saturday mornings at 9:00 am and does not require any prior experience.  Sessions are aproximately eight weeks long and students can obtain information including cost and equipment requirements from Mr. Alessi by calling 585-802-3216.
