The Rochester Taekwondo Club was originally began using the Perinton Recreation Center when the facility was originally located in the village.  Since the center relocated to Turk Hill Road Facility, Rochester Taekwondo Club has conducted class at this modern location.  Since there are many choices in the Perinton Area, consider choosing a program that has was established in 1976 and has trained several generations of students in the Greater Rochester area including Pittsford, Fairport, Wayne County and Monroe County.

Taekwondo classes have begun in Victor, NY.  Beginner classes are run on Saturday and Wednesday with sign up done directly through the Victor Sports Facility.  This multi sport facility teaches dance, gymnastics, wrestling and TAEKWONDO.  This facility is just outside of the village of Victor with easy access directly off Route 96.

These Taekwondo classes are taught by Mr. Brett Williams (4th degree black belt) and Mr. Bon Vu (3rd degree black belt).  They are both certified instructors with experience teaching both children and adults. Currently they are accepting new students. New Classes are forming NOW.  The classes are aimed at beginning students and teach the traditional martial art as well as introduce the modern Olympic Taekwondo. Palmyra-Macedon Recreation Center.

In conjuction with the Palmyra-Macedon Recreation Department, the Rochester Taekwondo Club will be sponsoring a beginner Taekwondo Class at the Palmyra-Macedon Recreation Center.  This martial arts program is being taught by Mr. Dan Alessi.  Mr. Alessi is a 4th Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and is certified as an Instructor.  He has practiced Taekwondo for twenty years and has taught for the past 12 years. 

This class is held on Saturday mornings at 9:00 am and does not require any prior experience.  Sessions are aproximately eight weeks long and students can obtain information including cost and equipment requirements from Mr. Alessi by calling 585-802-3216. Learn one of the fasted growing and well developed martial art and Olympic Sport. Instruction is centered on introduction to basic techniques, beginning forms, introduction to self defense and works toward promotion requirements.
